Lighter fuel oil from waste plastics
Plastic Pyrolysis Oil
A lighter, lower-viscosity fuel oil made from sorted waste plastics. Easy to pump and atomise, with low sulphur content — suited to boilers and burners that prefer a lighter oil.
High-calorific furnace oil alternative
A dark, free-flowing industrial fuel oil recovered from end-of-life tyres. Burns cleanly in standard furnace-oil and LDO burners at a lower cost per kcal.
Tyre Pyrolysis Oil (TPO) is produced by heating shredded waste tyres in an oxygen-free reactor. The rubber breaks down into vapours that we condense, settle and filter into a ready-to-burn industrial fuel.
With a gross calorific value of around 10,000 kcal/kg [to confirm], TPO delivers heat output comparable to furnace oil and LDO — typically at a noticeably lower landed cost. It is the go-to fuel for boilers, furnaces and kilns that want to cut fuel bills without changing burners.
